My LED Lights Won't Turn On!

Ugh, this is so frustrating! I have my LED lights to work, but they just won't switch on. I've checked the fixtures - they seem okay. Maybe the circuit breaker is {the{ problem? I can't know what else to do! Any help would be much appreciated!

Battling My LED Floor Lights
